Prime Video Setup on a Smart TV

🔹 Step 1: Open the Prime Video app

• On your Smart TV’s home screen, look for the Prime Video app.

• If it’s not installed, go to your TV’s App Store:

  • Samsung TV: Apps → Search → “Prime Video” → Install

  • LG TV: LG Content Store → Search → “Prime Video” → Install

  • Android / Google TV: Play Store → Search → “Prime Video” → Install

🔹 Step 2: Choose “Sign In” or “Register on the Website”

When you open the app:

• Select “Sign In and start watching” (if your Amazon account is already on the TV)
  OR

• Choose “Register on the Amazon Website” (this shows an activation code on the TV).

🔹 Step 3: Note the Activation Code

• The screen will show something like this:

   

  Your code: AB12CD Go to: primevideo.com/mytv

• Leave the TV on this screen — you’ll need this code in the next step.

🔹 Step 4: Go to the Activation Page on Your Phone or Computer

1. Open a web browser and go to 👉 https://www.primevideo.com/mytv

2. Log in using your Amazon account (email & password).

3. Enter the code displayed on your TV.

4. Click Register Device.
